Attached to this email is “Exhibit A - 6-19-26” which outlines a long list of failures of Legacy Recovery Center to meet standard requirements for operation.
The individuals who are applying to open Legacy Recovery Center in the 84th Assembly District, which I represent, also operate other treatment facilities in other states. The documented history of violations and threats to public safety in these other facilities provide Wisconsin with numerous examples that would cause extreme caution in the consideration - if not outright rejection - of this application. I am asking the Department to review this application with all due diligence. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.
